Shipping Information

All orders placed through our website are subject to a processing window of 7-10 business days prior to shipment. This processing time allows us to prepare for each order accordingly.

Tracking numbers will be sent via email once your order has been shipped! (after processing time)

Note: All orders are PRE-ORDERS — this means you’re purchasing hair that is NOT immediately available. It is advised to make sure you order in advance if you have a special occasion or holiday coming up.

Domestic Orders (UK) - £10

Processing time 7- 10 business days (excludes weekends)

Delivery : 1-2 business days 

Courier: Royal Mail 1st Class Special Delivery

 

International Orders:

U.S. & Canada – £35

  • Processing time : 7–10 business days (excludes weekends)
  • Delivery - (1-3 business days)
  • Courier: DHL EXPRESS 
  • Customs/duties may apply. Buyer is responsible for any import charges.
  • Shipping costs DO NOT include any duty fees.

Europe & Ireland – £30

  • Processing time : 7–10 business days (excludes weekends)
  • Delivery - (1-2 business days)
  • Courier: DHL EXPRESS 
  • Customs/duties may apply. Buyer is responsible for any import charges.
  • Shipping costs DO NOT include any duty fees.

Other Countries UAE / Worldwide – £45

  • Processing time : 7–15 business days (excludes weekends)
  • Delivery - 2-4  business days)
  • Courier: DHL EXPRESS 
  • Customs/duties may apply. Buyer is responsible for any import charges.
  • Shipping costs DO NOT include any duty fees.

Shipping fees may vary slightly depending on location.

All orders will be delivered within the estimated shipping timeframe based on your location

For PRIORITY orders (expedited processing/shipping), please contact us via email or
message in advance. This service is subject to availability and will incur an additional fee of £30.

Shipping Disclaimers

Order Modifications:
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel your order or make any changes. This includes updates to the delivery address, shipping method, or items within the order.

Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before finalizing your
purchase. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information and cannot issue refunds or replacements in such cases.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages:
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we no longer have control over delivery. If you suspect your package has been lost, stolen, or is missing, we recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim , Hause of Amara is not liable for lost or stolen shipments.

“Delivered” Status:
We do not issue refunds for packages that are marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office or delivery service to initiate a claim.
