RETURN POLICY
No Returns or Refunds
Due to hygiene regulations and the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on hair that has been worn, handled, or otherwise used. As such, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once an order has been placed.
Exception – Returns & Exchanges:
Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the event that you receive an incorrect or faulty item. In such cases, we will arrange for the correct item to be sent once the incorrect/faulty item has been returned to us (in GOOD condition, and in the original packaging. Hair cannot be returned once it has been used/installed.
If this occurs, please notify us via EMAIL not through instagram within 72 hours of receiving your order.
If the item is NOT returned in GOOD condition or has signs of wear the exchange/return will be refused and returned to sender.
Your email must include:
- A clear photo of the item received
- A brief description of the issue
This information will help us assess the situation efficiently.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return address. Once the item has been received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the outcome of your request. If the return/ exchange is approved, the replacement item will be dispatched promptly and should arrive within 7-10 business days.
Important:
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. No refund or exchange will be issued in such cases, and the item will be returned to the sender.
No Exchanges:
Please ensure that all order details are correct before completing your purchase.
As each order is prepared according to your specifications, we do not offer exchanges
unless an error has occurred on our part and the incorrect item was sent.
CUSTOM ORDER POLICY
Please note that all custom and pre-order items, including wig orders , custom coloursand half wigs, are custom made specifically to each customer’s selected measurements, density and order requirements.
Due to the personalised nature of these made-to-order items, all custom orders are final sale and are therefore not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item is received faulty or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all measurements, sizing details, and order information provided at the time of purchase are correct before submitting their order, if the wrong measurement is given and the wig has been made and shipped we cannot rectify this.
Many wigs include adjustable bands and/or drawstrings to assist with achieving a secure and comfortable fit.
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully read and understand our shipping and refund policies before placing an order. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to all store policies, including our custom order, shipping, refund, and exchange terms.
By placing an order for a custom or pre-order wig, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
